We are inviting applications for the role of Analyst/Process Associate/Process Developer Mobility Process
Responsibilities
- Mobility Coordination:
- Support endtoend mobility processes including relocation and immigration.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely approvals.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Maintain compliance with mobility policies and statutory regulations.
- Generate mobility reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support Services:
- Address employee queries related to mobility and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with thirdparty vendors for relocation services.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business HR or a related field.
- Relevant years of experience in mobility or HR operations.
- Proficiency in mobility tools and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of immigration processes and global mobility trends.
- Certification in mobility or related fields.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication and customer service abilities.
