As a Technology Analyst you willreport to the Customer Advocacy Manager and deliver support and operate Business Technology services for our customers. You will have an integral role in connecting the business to technology solutions and support groups with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for jobsite technology mobilization and demobilization services including servers wired and wireless networks and construction technologies.
- Monitor systems daily and ensure all components are maintained and work reliably to meet business needs.
- Configuration monitoring and support of both district office and field networking and server infrastructure.
- Works directly with the corporate Networking and Security team on network design maintenance and monitoring of PCL networks across North America.
- Oversees technology asset management and tracking.
- Problem escalation through defined support channels.
- Ownership of related products and solutions providing expertise and support to peers.
- Provides escalation support to Construction Technology Analysts.
- Works collaboratively with the Advanced Technology Services department on the delivery and support of projects and enhancements to technology and services.
- Assists and coaches team members in technical knowledge.
- Actively seeks out issues problems and opportunities for new solutions.
Qualifications
- Postsecondary degree or diploma in computer technology or a related discipline.
- Coop/internship or relevant experience preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think logically analytically and constructively express ideas and concepts
- Basic understanding and experience with enterprise networking server management virtualization monitoring systems and storage platforms
- Intermediate problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Flexible and reliable worker and able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Can work under pressure in a team setting and maintain relationships at all levels of the business
- Ability to manage multiple products and solutions simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment and with employees at all levels/disciplines of the organization
