Job Description
We are always looking for great talent to join Hummingbird Lawyers! We are a strong multifaceted boutique firm with a great culture and an unparalleled drive for innovation and entrepreneurialism. Our practice areas include Real Estate Corporate Civil and Commercial Litigation Family Wills and Estates Entertainment Employment Medical Malpractice and Health Law.
We are currently looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and hardworking lawyer in good standing with at least 4 years of experience working as a Corporate Lawyer (not including articling).
This fulltime position will be based out of our Vaughan office with some allowance for remote working days. Associates at Hummingbird Lawyers enjoy an open environment where collegiality and support are baked into the culture. You will be encouraged and supported to develop yourself into a topclass lawyer within the Corporate Law practice area being provided mentorship in the legal practice and business development.
Compensation includes a competitive salary based on your experience plus an industry leading transparent bonus structure that opens an unlimited compensation ceiling.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm but lawyers are expected to meet all deadlines and professional expectations.
Requirements: 4 years minimum experience working as a Corporate Lawyer.
