Available shifts: 223 Rotational Shift Nights 7pm to 7am

Compensation:

• Pay range is $$22.72 to $23.83 an hour paid weekly
• Additional $1 per hour as shift differential for night shift

This position is for Pactiv Evergreen Inc.

Summary: Packs quality finished goods into boxes for shipment and assists Technician with basic line issues in a safe and efficient manner.

Job Description:

• Consistently and Safely operates machines at standard setpoints.
• Operate equipment to maintain quality specifications and output targets.
• Trouble identify and correct machine related problems through proper adjustments to various parts of the machine.
• Provides support and guidance to less experienced personnel.
• Completes hourly production output documentation and required quality checks.
• Able to inspect and recognize defective product and make machine adjustments to correct cause of defects
• Observes all housekeeping standard work and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Manual Dexterity.
• Excellent communication skills. (written and verbal)
• Hand/eye coordination.
• Analytical skills.
• Math Skills (calculators to determine and record hourly production data)
• Experience with Basic troubleshooting skills to resolve minor machine issues relating to its operation
• Understanding of production measurement tools such as calipers and custom measuring gauges
• Knowledge of product quality standards specification sheets
• Basic understanding of geometrical shapes and measurements.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Ability to learn through reading instructions as well as handson training.
• Principles of Extrusion and/or Thermoforming a plus.
• Experience with automation equipment preferred but not required.
