Effective Date: February 1 2025 NONMANAGEMENT JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Clinical Therapist Housing and Community Support Exempt/Nonexempt: EXEMPT Immediate Supervisor: Clinical Director Salary: $60000 $65000 Essential Functions: - Provide individual group and family counseling services to young adults in nontraditional settings; which could include inhome setting or providing services in the community. Ability to have the willingness to utilize innovative techniques to work within a challenging setting and population of clients.
- Works independently and consistently exercises discretion and sound judgement in providing counseling services as well as stabilization and support. Perform thorough assessments to understand clients emotional mental and social backgrounds and create personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain client records in an electronic health record system per agency standards and comply with agency policies on confidential mental health records.
- Provide community information and linkage to referral services including mental health treatment substance abuse support educational programs and employment training.
- Assist with crisis coverage as part of the 24hour crisis response system for Comprehensive Community Based Youth Services (CCBYS) providing intervention and advocacy services to atrisk youth for family preservation reunification and stabilization.
- Work evening hours for client sessions and provide some weekend and holiday oncall coverage for the CCBYS program.
- Meets annual expectations for training and certification. Acquires ongoing skills and knowledge through participation in the supervisory process and attendance to meetings and conferences both within and outside the Agency.
- Must have access to a vehicle a valid drivers license a good driving record and proof of auto insurance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Ability Requirements: - Experience working with young adults and a variety of treatment modalities.
- Knowledge of traumainformed treatment is preferred.
- Ability to apply strengthbased treatment and adhere to ethical guidelines.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly and flexible with an ability to engage youth effectively.

Education and Experience: A Masters Degree from an accredited program in counseling psychology social work or marriage and family therapy is required. Candidates must hold or have the prerequisites to obtain a State License (LPC LSW LCPC LMFT or LCSW). Experience collaborating with school staff probation officers law enforcement and family members of clients is essential. Additionally candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to 360s mission and vision fostering teamwork with both internal staff and external community partners. The employee is required to have valid drivers license auto insurance and must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle. The work environment characteristics include a noise level which is usually low to moderate. Able to successfully share skills and concepts with others and works effectively with others under time and environmental pressures.
- Safety and Agency Resource Utilization: Demonstrates sound judgement and foresight in safety awareness and in daily work. Notifies in a timely manner the supervisory chain of any incidents or circumstances that need attention. Report all suspicions or allegations of abuse immediately to their supervisor. Ensures appropriate utilization of materials and resources and minimizes waste.
