Summary of Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join the FeatureRich CMOS Product Management team. In this role you will be responsible for driving the technical marketing strategy engaging with key customers and positioning our products as industry leaders. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to define product requirements develop marketing strategies and propel growth through successful customer engagements.
Essential Responsibilities:
Technical Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the technical marketing strategy to position our products as industry leaders.
Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers to understand their needs present technical features and translate them into benefits for target applications.
Value Proposition Communication: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products positioning us as a leader in the industry.
Product Evangelism: Act as a product evangelist promoting our products through presentations webinars and industry events.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with product management engineering and sales teams to define product requirements and develop marketing strategies.
Technical Content Development: Create technical content such as white papers case studies and technical presentations to support marketing efforts.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
BSEE or another relevant technical degree with 12 years of relevant experience with a strong track record of technical contributions and leadership.
Deep subject matter expertise in specific areas such as embedded memory technology semiconductor design test EDA IP and end applications.
Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams drive complex projects to successful completion and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in engaging with large global customers and technology partners presenting technical features and translating them into benefits for target applications.
Effective communication skills in written verbal and presentation formats with the ability to engage seniorlevel technical experts and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a globally dispersed environment with team members in multiple locations and an ability to thrive in a matrixed organizational structure.
Technical knowledge and ability to engage seniorlevel technical experts internally and externally.
An advanced degree (MSEE or MBA with marketing concentration) is preferred.
Expected Salary Range
$166300.00 $314200.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications experience and location.
