Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Yakima WA
Job Type: Fulltime
Shift: DAY/EVE/NOC
Salary: $2000/week OT $75/hr
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide highquality nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) and physicians. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills excellent communication abilities and a passion for patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients health by assessing vital signs and recognizing any changes in condition.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing dressing and feeding patients as needed.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records.
- Educate patients and families on medical conditions treatments and home care instructions.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Support a positive and safe environment for both patients and staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program.
- Licensure: Current and valid LPN license in WA.
- Experience:Atleast 1 year experience working as LPN in a healthcare setting.
- BLS Certification
- COVID Vaccinated
- Recent PPD Test or Chest XRay
- Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
