The Information Technology Technical Specialist performs a variety of tasks to keep Trinitys information systems up to date running smoothly and transparent to the business. Technical Specialist will align with ensuring ongoing data and asset protection software and hardware support technical support and special projects as assigned.

Educational Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science MIS or Associates Degree in Systems Technology or equivalent work experience.
Experience Requirements
3 years support of systems in troubleshooting design and installation of IT related systems.
Special Skills or Training Requirements
Excellent written and oral communication skills comfortable presenting ideas and concepts.
Ability to exhibit a high degree of patience for inexperienced computer/technology users required.
Strong interpersonal written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
Must be detail oriented and able to multitask.
Must be selfmotivated and driven.
Ability to problem solve and learn quickly.
Demonstrate professionalism in communication and in the office environment.
Must be coachable and easily receive feedback.
