Senior Program Manager
KAI Partners Inc. (KAIP) is currently seeking Senior Program Managers who are highly organized detailoriented and responsible for managing projects and the operational of their assigned scope of responsibility developing a programs strategy defining and executing related goals and objectives and continuously assessing program progress success. They collaborate closely and crossfunctionally with the executive team to advance organizational maturity while ensuring program standards are delivered per KAIP standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct biweekly meeting updates and evaluations as well as create reporting and communication materials.
- Manage project interdependence and risks compare and assess departmental workstreams and make recommendations for streamlining and sharing information for similar departmental efforts.
- Engage stakeholders to ensure that program development activities are coordinated and linked between the client workstream and other client department workstreams.
- Keep track of client project milestones issues and risks.
- Complete timely monthly status reports with clientspecific data from all departments are required.
- Provide stakeholder and communication management to assist client leadership in determining communication channels and what information can be shared productively across departmental workstreams to maximize the benefit of information sharing and manage the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain an integrated program management roadmap in collaboration with other departments provide realtime updates and advise on and assist with overall project implementation.
- Apply change management techniques and processes for client change management work.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working in a behavioral health healthcare or mental health environment which included all or some of the following: policy operations direct services stakeholder engagement experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Experience managing confidential and private information with discretion judgment and diplomacy.
- Experience in communicating and interacting with executivelevel personnel.
- Strong skill with MS Suite of products presentation and project management tools (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Able to adapt to change and thrive with minimal direction work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
- Demonstrates uses of listening and questioning techniques to understand issues and problems.
- Presents ideas effectively onetoone or in small to large groups adapting style to audience while using appropriate business language and grammar.
- Develops professional network to support and add value to client engagements including within KAIP client organizations and external professional networks.
- Proactively seeks feedback and incorporates related information into assigned scope of work.
- Demonstrates a good general knowledge of political economic social technological legal and environmental factors.
Work/Education Experience
- 5 years experience program management (Required)
- 5 years experience behavior health mental health or healthcare (Required)
- Project Management Certification (PMP) (Preferred)
- Certified Scrum Master CSM (Preferred)
- Certified Scrum Product Owner CSPO (Preferred)
Compensation Range: $121000 $170000
The salary range for this role may vary depending on the specific geographic location where this position is ultimately filled. Several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience education skills and certifications pay equity and organizational needs are considered when determining the posted salary range. In addition eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
