Job Description
- Determine viability of potential cases.
- Sell the Firms strengths and capabilities while managing expectations and convincing potential clients to sign.
- Converse with clients and address concerns and case progression including nights and weekends.
- Travel to location to speak with and sign clients.
- Assist potential clients stepbystep through their intake process.
- Bring a teamoriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to close.
- At least two years of experience working in plaintiffside personal injury or employment.
- Ability to be empathetic yet persuasive.
- Strong familiarity with prelitigation and litigation processes in PI and employment.
