Job Description
Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers to ensure highquality software delivery.
- Develop and maintain applications and systems using Java and React.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve technical issues and drive innovation.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Software Requirements:
- Proficiency in Java programming and related technologies.
- Strong experience in React and frontend technologies.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud computing.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile Scrum etc..
Categorywise Technical Skills:
FrontEnd:
- Proficiency in React and related libraries (e.g. Redux).
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS and responsive design principles.
BackEnd:
- Extensive knowledge of Java programming.
- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Cloud:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
Tools & Others:
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Knowledge of build tools and package managers (e.g. Maven npm/yarn).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Experience:
- 7 years of handson experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and React.
- Proven track record of building and deploying productiongrade applications.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
DaytoDay Activities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Write clean maintainable and efficient code for both frontend and backend components.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Participate in daily standup meetings and other team ceremonies.
- Debug test and fix bugs and issues as they arise.
- Continuously improve existing codebase and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Extensive experience with Java and React.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.

- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
