Maintenance Technician 12hour shifts on night shift 6:45pm 7:00am). The schedule is on a rotation where you work Mon Tues Thurs Fri one week and Wed Sat Sun the next week. Then the rotation starts over.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures rules and regulations.
- Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. forklift crane etc.
- Reports on any mechanical problems.
- Utilizes continuousimprovement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Follows Good Manufacturing Practices and required worksafe practices.
- Communicates and enforces company policies to the AN team including safety regulations.
- Responsible for inprocess inspection procedures.
- Optimize production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
- Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Attention to Detail.
- Ability to use repair and maintain machines and tools.
- Ability to be thorough and pay attention to detail.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with PLC VFD 480V required
- Ability to work well with others.
- Regular attendance and being on time are a must.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3 years maintenance experience
- Industrial Maintenance experience in a related industry.
- Extensive knowledge of product specifications and production standards.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Physical skills movement coordination and dexterity.
