Pediatrix has an opportunity for a BC/BE neonatologist to join a wellestablished national group of physicians providing care to neonates at Christus St. Michaels Hospital in Texarkana TX.

- The LevelIII NICU has 8 beds and the intermediate unit has 7 with an average daily census of 9 infants.
- The neonatologists see babies in the newborn nursery with approximately 2100 deliveries annually.
- NNPs provide 24hour inhouse coverage and they also care for preemies and term babies who need mechanical ventilation nitric oxide oscillator ventilation and total body cooling.
