Job Description

Operations Supervisor Curascript

Location: 100 Onsite in Grove City OH

Hours: Shift MondayFriday 11am8pm

Supervision of employees on all aspects of order fulfillment to include picking packing and accurate shipment of orders to customers. Monitors productivity and performance standards plans and directs workflow and project assignments to ensure service standards are met. Works with other departments to share labor when needed. Responsible for managing performance of assigned employeestoinclude: training newteam memberscoaching & development schedule management performance management and addressing employee relations issues as they arise.


What you will do:

  • Monitor prescription processing turnaround time so that internal standards and client performance guarantees are met.
  • Address staff concerns and day to day operational system customer service quality and professional issues.
  • Complete one on one meetings with team members to ensure timely communication of errors concerns and attendance.
  • Work in production as needed.
  • Implement programs and process improvements to enhance the level of internal and external customer service provided.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for issues requiring a higher degree of expertise or discretion to resolve.
  • Represents pharmacy operations in crossfunctional meetings and projects entering data as needed for metric reporting.
  • Other special projects and tasks as assigned.

What you will need:

  • High school diploma or GED required; BA/BS degree preferred
  • Relevant experience in operations environment; production experience preferred 3 years preferred)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively develop train and coach less experienced team members; supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment make independent decisions
  • Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule for peak times
  • Monitors daily operations of a unit and actively assists or provides direction to subordinates as required
  • Ensures that projects are completed on schedule following established procedures and schedules
  • General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office Internet and email
