Starting Salary: $13.75/hr
Purpose Statement
The job of Summer Maintenance Worker is done for the purpose/s of provide a variety of minor maintenance facility cleaning and painting activities to maintain the function safety and aesthetics of facilities. The role primarily focuses on summer maintenance tasks and cleaning tasks.

Skills Knowledge and Abilities
SKILLS are required to perform multiple tasks with a potential need to upgrade skills in order to meet changing job conditions. Specific skill based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: operating equipment power and hand tools; adhering to safety practices; and handling hazardous materials.
KNOWLEDGE is required to perform basic math including calculations using fractions percents and/or ratios; understand written procedures write routine documents and speak clearly; and understand multistep written and oral instructions. Specific knowledge based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the jobinclude: standard methods materials and tools used in general maintenance and cleaning.
ABILITY is required to schedule activities; collate data; and use jobrelated equipment. Flexibility is required to work with others; work with data utilizing defined and similar processes; and operate equipment using a variety of standardized methods. Ability is also required to work with a diversity of individuals; work with specific jobrelated data; and utilize jobrelated equipment. Specific ability based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: adapting to changing work priorities; developing effective working relationships; displaying mechanical aptitude; and working under time constraints.
