Position : Sr. Engineer / Asst Manager
Job Specification :
- Coordinating for timely response to Final/Firewall complaints on quality related concerns
- Reporting of Dana KPI CMS and IMS data Weekly Customer concern report Weekly Plant Scorecard Complaint Pro.
- Communicating with production on the customer and heading implementation of customer specific requirements
- Monitoring and reviewing improvement projects and initiating projects for COPQ reduction
- Supervising the Final NC Inspection department for handling the final NC and coordination for the corrective action and preventive action plans for all Final
