CSS has partnered with a prestigious law firm on a direct hire bases with a national presence seeking a Commercial Trucking Attorney to join their TX office.

Responsibilities:

Investigating the accident
Calculating damages
Negotiating with insurance firms
Representing in court

Requirements:

10 15 year commercial trucking attorney
Juris Doctor (J.D. degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Texas
Exceptional research writing and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
