Job Description
FILINVEST COMPANY: Grafik Pinehouse Baguio City
Under the direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager/Supervisor the Barista is responsible for preparing coffee beverages delivering excellent services and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve premium coffee tea and specialty beverages with precision following
established recipes and presentation standards. - Ensure consistency in taste quality and appearance for every product served.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace including the coffee bar equipment and seating areas.
- Handle cash process payments accurately and follow cashhandling procedures.
- Assist in inventory management including stock rotation and replenishment.
- Performs such other functions as may be delegated by management from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Vocational or College Level
- At least 1 year of related work experience in Restaurant Cafe or Hotel
- With Barista / Coffee Training Certification
- Amenable to work onsite in Baguio City
