Job Description
We are looking for Italianspeaking reservation agents to join our team in Malta!
ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES
The Reservations Agents will be mainly assisting customers over the phone with every query related to any service the business provides.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls from the market whilst converting the maximum number of these calls and enquiries into sales
Achieve performance targets (sales callhandling and quality) as set out by the Market Manager and Team Leaders
Communicate to Team Leaders all relevant customer feedback to facilitate ongoing improvements in our service quality and customer experience
Track all reservations onrequest and provide the customer with an effective support
Working as part of a team and be able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns
Assist other markets by handling crossmarket calls ensuring that as many calls as possible are handled and converted into sales
Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner
Adhoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leader
Requirements:
- Technical skills: familiar with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word
Fluency in Italian (C2 and English (C1
Good sales and/or customer service skills from previous job experience
Excellent communication skills written & spoken in the required language
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Good team player with ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Word processing skills be able to type 25 WPM
Working Schedule and contract;
For this particular role we have salary scales the below is a detailed breakdown on the salary progression:
Basic Salary:
1st month of employment Training & Practice EUR 5.60 per hour
From 2nd month of employment EUR 7.61 per hour (Including COLA 2023
From 7th Month of employment EUR 7.87 per hour (Including COLA 2023
Following an additional 6 months and based on performance EUR 8.34 per hour
Language Allowance:
Italian EUR 1020 annually paid in monthly installments
KPI (Performance) bonus:
Up to EUR 2500 yearly this is based on performance and eligible after 6 months
Contract Type:
Indefinite
Working hours:
Operating hours are Monday to Sunday from. Shifts may vary from 4hrs up to 12 hrs.
