Position Overview:
As a Conversion Agent on the Slovak & Czech Desk you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their FX transactions and inquiries. You will be responsible for delivering topnotch customer service while receiving comprehensive training to ensure your success in the FX market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing their inquiries regarding FX transactions effectively and promptly.
- Communication: Utilize your proficiency in Slovak or Czech to facilitate clear and efficient communication with clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share insights best practices and support one another in providing outstanding service.
Requirements:
- Customer Support/Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role or conversion agent FX is essential.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Slovak or Czech is a must for effective communication with our client base.
- Local Candidates Only: We are looking for candidates who are currently residing in Cyprus specifically in Limassol or surrounding areas.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to clients.
