Our client a wellestablished Forex Company is currently seeking a customerfocused Support Agent fluent in both Spanish to join their team.

In this position you will be the first point of contact for Spanishspeaking clients delivering seamless support via phone email and live chat.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problemsolving skills a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to resolve complex issues with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver toptier customer support to Spanishspeaking clients regarding forex trading account management transactions and platform use.
- Communicate effectively and professionally through phone email and chat ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Troubleshoot and resolve forexrelated issues including platform navigation trade and technical concerns.
- Accurately log interactions and maintain uptodate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams including technical support and account managers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Provide clear and concise information about products services deposits withdrawals and account setup.
- Adhere to company policies industry regulations and compliance standards in every customer interaction.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and provide constructive feedback for service improvements.
- Achieve and maintain key performance indicators such as response time resolution rate and customer satisfaction scores.
Experience and Background
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a customer support or service role ideally within the forex or financial services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain financial and tradingrelated concepts in an easytounderstand manner.
- Familiarity with financial products (e.g. currency pairs market orders trading strategies).
- Experience in tech or SaaS customer support within the financial industry.
- Proactive problemsolving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously and manage workload effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and customer service software.
- Demonstrated patience empathy and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required.
