Are you the Clinician we have been looking for In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by working with our youth! JRIs Community Based Services division provides care to ensure that families and their children with significant behavioral emotional and mental health needs obtain the services necessary for success in the home school and community.Our staff provide services in the communities wherethe people we servelive utilizing strengthbased and needsdriven choices offering a teambased approach collaboration with the people we work with that is grounded in culturally competent individualized servicesand the use of evidencebased practices.
Salary: $60000 $70000
JRI Provides The Training So That:
- YOU will be able to provide a variety of communitybased services including home and community based family therapy inhome therapy services therapeutic training and support services case management crisis intervention treatment planning and assessments.
- YOU will serve as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team that works together to find the best and most effective methods of guiding and supporting clients within the community.
- YOU will design and deliver interventions to enhance and improve the familys capacity to improve the youths functioning in the home and community and may prevent the need for the youths admission to an inpatient hospital psychiatric residential treatment facility or other treatment setting.
- YOU will develop a structured consistent strengthbased therapeutic relationship between a clinician and the youth and family for the purpose of treating the youths behavioral health needs including improving the familys ability to provide effective support for the youth to promote their healthy functioning within the family.
- YOU will provide culturally competent trauma informed confidential clinical services that place the needs of the young person at the center of your practice.
- YOU will provide consultation to collaterals including schools and medical service providers.
- YOU will serve as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team that works together to find the best and most effective methods of guiding and supporting clients within the community.
Bilingual a plus!! We offer a $1000 bilingual bonus to any candidate who speaks reads and writes in a different language other than English.

Requirements:
- Minimum Masters degree or above in the mental health field must be licensed or license eligible (LCSW LICSW LMHC or LMFT).
- Ability to create and implement treatment/service plans that demonstrate a clear understanding of the clients cultural background.
- Proven ability to form therapeutic relationships with people from diverse backgrounds including those of different racial ethnic linguistic religious and sexual orientation identities.
- Must have daily access to reliable insured vehicle and active Drivers License
- Must be willing to maintain a flexible work schedule and to participate in an oncall schedule.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn electronic medical record software and basic computer functions including the Microsoft Suite.
- Clinical experience with children/adolescents isrequired and familiarity with trauma informed models of treatment preferred.Experience with community mental health programs or providing family therapy preferred but not required.
- Good written and oral communication skills are necessary.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
