Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $41200 $44780 per year

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the face of our company providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued customers. As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant you will handle a variety of inquiries resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience for every individual who interacts with our brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information about services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer service process.
  • Stay uptodate with product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customeroriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fastpaced work environment effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes.
