Job Description
Shuttle Driver Brasstown Bald
Hiawassee GA
FIND Outdoors is looking for a Shuttle Driver to provide excellent customer service at the Brasstown Bald site. Candidates must have a driving history that is free of violations for the past three years. Must have strong communication skills and be able to make visitors feel welcome at the site will stand out. You will help identify visitor needs present and answer questions about the site and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential visitor issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. This position will be held to a high standard for customer service employee and community relations. This position reports to the Brasstown Bald Site Manager.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitor to shuttle area
- Provide accurate information about the site and answer visitor questions
- Provide visitor feedback to the Site Manager as needed
- Ensure interior and exterior of the shuttle vehicle(s) are clean and safe at all times
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of passenger loading area
- Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of record keeping and reporting procedures related to shuttle operations (pretrip inspections mileage logs etc.
Skills
- CDL license (Class C with passenger endorsement) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills capable of engaging with visitors on a regular basis
- Ability to perform in fastpaced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Type: Parttime
Pay: $13.00 per hour (with CDL license)
