As a Copywriter & Community Manager you will play a key role in shaping the companys brand voice and engaging with our growing community across different channels. Youll create compelling blog articles and social media content ensuring relevance and consistency while fostering meaningful interactions with our audience. By developing and refining key messaging managing community engagement and optimizing content strategies you will help strengthen our presence in the legal tech and AI space.

The Marketing & Product team consists of four professionals who collaborate closely to shape the companys brand communication and product strategy. Working in a dynamic and creative environment the team focuses on developing compelling messaging enhancing user experience and strengthening the companys presence in the legal tech and AI space.

Rafael leads the Brand Marketing efforts bringing a strategic and creative approach to building the companys presence. With a strong background in marketing and branding he focuses on crafting compelling narratives engaging the community and ensuring a consistent brand identity across all channels.

Your responsibilities
- Engage with the communityacross social media platformsby responding to comments messages and fostering discussions to increase engagement
- Manage and grow the companys social media presence ensuring relevant and meaningful interactions with law firms legal departments and tech enthusiasts
- Create compelling blog articles in German & Englishon topics related to tech AI and startups ensuring highquality and structured writing
- Develop and refine key messagingtoestablisha consistent and engaging brand voice across all content
- Proofread andoptimizecontent ensuring clarity consistency and alignment with the companys tone of voice
- Manage crisis communication responding professionally to sensitive topics or negative feedback to protect and maintain the companys reputation

About us
The AI startup Xayn develops Noxtua Europes first sovereign Legal AI. Noxtua helps lawyers analyze and draft legal documents and research legal questions while being legally competent and compliant. Hosted in the EU Noxtua meets high standards of confidentiality in handling client data professional secrecy (e.g. Section 203 German Criminal Code Section 43e German Federal Code for Lawyers) and European data protection. Noxtua is powered by specialized proprietary AI models. The models are trained with highquality legal data provided by the Legal AI Alliance which the tech startup Xayn initiated with the international business law firm CMS. This makes Noxtua the secure independent and specialized European Legal AI.
