Job Description
- To inform and enroll new guests in our Lifestyle Program
- Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
- A fast learner with a positive attitude; remain calm in fast pace environment
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival and communicate sales promotions and service options with clients
- Answer phones book appointments sell memberships gift cards and upgrades
- Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Positive energetic attitude
- A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Capability to work flexible hours including some nights weekends and some holidays
- $12$14 Hourly wage plus commissions and bonuses (depending on experience)
