Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Associate Director the Program Manager works out of the Residence Life central office and oversees the administrative processes and human resources for the front desks of each residence hall. Supervises the Program Coordinator team 8 Program Coordinator Is) stationed at each resident hall front desk (hires trains evaluates etc). Sits on the Housing Leadership team and assists with setting and meeting short and long term goals. Ensures all administrative processes are being completed per established processes and compliance is maintained. Coordinates and oversees several departmental cyclic programs ensuring the operation is meeting various deadlines and maintaining goals. Ensures that hall safety and security policies and procedures are being maintained by the Program Coordinator team. Reviews hall security camera footage as requested by the Senior Associate Director Provides support to the Community Director team via conduct meeting routing and scheduling. Suggests develops and implements methods to streamline single operations. Creates and conducts staff training for groups and individuals. Works in several housing software systems ensuring data integrity. Assists Program Coordinator team with troubleshooting difficult customer service situations. Assists the department with occupancy management and related administration processes Responds to crisis situations as needed. Assists the division with student hiring employment recruitment hiring and training. Cross trained with central office administrative staff to assist when needed during absences and large volume days. Fills in during any Program Coordinator absence to manage the front desk environment. And actively participates as part of the team while performing other duties in support of the departments mission.

Navigate campus and all campus housing communities.
