The Title Examiner will research analyze and evaluate property titles to determine the legal status of properties. This role involves examining public and private records to verify legal ownership identify any restrictions or encumbrances and ensure a clear chain of title. The Title Examiner will prepare reports detailing findings and collaborate with title agents attorneys and real estate professionals to facilitate smooth real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough title searches and analyze deeds mortgages liens and judgments.
  • Review property legal descriptions verify ownership and document any title defects or encumbrances.
  • Compile clear and accurate reports for title commitments and insurance policies.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve title issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and company policies.
Requirements


  • Knowledge of title examination procedures and legal property documents.
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical and research skills.
  • Prior experience in title examination or real estate required.
