Construction Project Manager/Estimator
Minneapolis MN North Metro Direct Hire $90k$135k
Konik is partnered with a growing construction company that is adding a Project Manager to their team to work on earthwork projects.
Construction Project Manager/Estimator Responsibilities:
- Create and manage project budgets and monitor financial progress throughout the project
- Maintain consistent communication with the field team and proactively update and engage with clients
- Bid work review and negotiate contract terms and subcontractor contracts
- Organize and gather project details to ensure successful of projects
Construction Project Manager/Estimator Requirements:
- 5 years of experience managing utilities and/or earthwork construction projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to fully understand project scope documents and estimates
- Experienced in preparing bids and takeoffs
