We specialize in neuro rehabilitation and are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with neurological conditions.
Implement evidencebased therapeutic interventions to improve patients mobility strength and functional independence.
Monitor and document patients progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families about the therapeutic process goals and strategies for home exercises.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Neuro Certification (NCS) preferred.
Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
