Ansell is looking for a Category Manager to join our team in Iselin NJ!

In this position you will play a vital role in leading category management programs oversee local and regional new product development and launches drive portfolio strategy through customer insights and collaborate with the channel marketing team and Global Product Marketing Organization while engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

What your role will be

  • Lead Portfolio Strategy: Coordinate discussions and activities on portfolio strategy with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage Category Activities: Oversee category management with select distributors in collaboration with GPMO and channel marketing.
  • Capture Insights & Identify Opportunities: Gather customer insights to identify product gaps generate ideas validate concepts and build business cases.
  • Oversee New Product Launches: Lead commercial aspects of product launches ensuring regional inputs are considered during the stage gate process.
  • Support Distributor Engagement: Plan and attend key distributor meetings and prepare training materials for new product initiatives.
  • Conduct Research for Innovation: Design and execute research projects that generate new product opportunities.

What will you bring to Ansell

  • Bachelors degree or commensurate experience
  • 5 years of Marketing Category and/or Product Management experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with digital marketing required.
  • Sales experience preferred but not required.
