Job Description

As a Consultant Capability you will join the customer obsessed Customer Services business. You will be part of a dedicated team that builds and delivers on the Customer Services capability strategy in support of our colleagues and customers. You will demonstrate an excellent growth mindset and the ability to lead on learning and development initiatives that will transform Customer Services consulting with stakeholders across NAB.

  • Uplift the capability and performance of our colleagues across Customer Services.
  • Drive customer obsessed colleagues and build simple fast and resilient solutions.
  • Youll join a highperforming business backing talented individuals.

In this Consultant role you will:

  • Report to the Manager Capability to develop robust capability interventions required to improve colleague performance in Customer Services that ultimately drives better customer experiences.
  • Provide insights on performance and identify opportunities for lifting the quality and consistency of customer interactions across Customer Services.
  • Lead and project manage key initiatives managing risks stakeholders.
  • Understand key business drivers within NAB external market industry activity and customer segments etc.
  • Deliver strategic initiatives across Customer Services designed to improve productivity migration conversion quality and banking integration.

What youll bring:

  • A financial services banking background preferred with proven experience deploying learning development and change initiatives.
  • Experience leading projects and key initiatives from design setup and .
  • Ability to make decisions and deploy critical thinking in an ambiguous environment.
  • A growth mindset systems thinking and innovative approach with a cando attitude to any task.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent business acumen and knowledge or willingness to learn and understand the Customer Services business.
