Machine Operative
Job Role
Our client based near St Neots have an exciting position available for a machine operative.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly company who are rapidly growing offering a varied role where the chosen candidates will be given full specific training and future progression.
Job Responsibilities
- Running machinery to meet targets
- Quality checking the product
- Packaging the product
- Ensuring that materials used are correct and according to the specifications.
- Adhere to production process according to the instructions given
- Mechanically minded and able to fault find and assemble machinery.
- Always acting safely and within the site rules
Person Specification
- Operation of machinery (once fully trained).
- Selfmotivated and able to work to a high standard of accuracy
- Maintain high quality standards in all aspects of the work
- Strong Team Player and able to work on own initiative
- Previous printing experience advantageous
- Adhere to company health and safety policies
- Good communication skills
Hours of Work and Pay
- 7am 4pm Mon to Friday 42.5hr week)
- Salary up to 28k
