About the Job:
- Please bring at least 1.5 years of bartending and experience to the table.
- Candidates who are passionate about wine and eager to expand their knowledge are strongly preferred.
- Be knowledgeable about our food beverages and service steps to confidently make recommendations and answer questions.
- Provide friendly attentive and personalized service making guests feel valued and cared for.
- Use our Toast pointofsale system to efficiently take orders process payments and ensure accuracy.
- Stay detailoriented organized and dedicated to keeping the environment clean and welcoming for guests.
- Work closely with the team to maintain a smooth workflow offering help in other areas when needed.
- Respond to guest feedback with a positive attitude turning challenges into opportunities for exceptional service.
