Description

ConnectUs (www.connectuscorp) is looking for a detailoriented Inventory Receiving and Returns Coordinator to manage our inventory inflow and return processes. This position is key to driving efficiency and implementing lean methodologies within our inventory and returns management processes to drive customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the receiving and processing of all incoming inventory ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage and streamline the returns process applying lean principles to minimize waste and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously assess and improve receiving and returns workflows to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate lean methodologies throughout the supply chain.
  • Train team members on best practices in inventory handling and returns management.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies in all processes.
  • Use datadriven approaches to solve problems and improve processes continuously.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory health returns rates and improvement initiatives.
  • Acts as working back up in other warehouse & operations positions as needed.
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure that any unforeseen circumstances get reported to back office teams.


This person will naturally prioritize customers. They will strive to wow in every interaction.


Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Logistics Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies highly desirable.
  • At least 3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management with a focus on lean processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain lean methodologies in a warehouse setting.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software systems.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Possess strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel Google Sheets and Warehouse Management Systems
Salary Description
$55000 $60000
