We are expanding our team and seeking a Marketing Cloud Developer with strong architectural capabilities to drive innovative marketing automation solutions for our clients.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Cloud Developer with expertise in architecting designing and implementing scalable marketing automation solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to design complex customer journeys optimize marketing campaigns and integrate Marketing Cloud with various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions including Journey Builder Automation Studio Email Studio Mobile Studio and Interaction Studio.
- Integration & Data Management: Lead the integration of Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM external APIs and thirdparty systems ensuring seamless data flow.
- Solution Design: Develop custom solutions leveraging AMPscript SSJS and SQL to enhance personalization and automation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with marketing sales and IT teams to gather requirements propose solutions and drive best practices in customer engagement and marketing automation.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize email deliverability campaign performance and customer journeys using Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama) and Google Analytics.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to GDPR CANSPAM and other data privacy regulations in all marketing automation initiatives.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance on best practices technical standards and industry trends to junior developers and marketing teams.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) architecture & development.
- Strong expertise in Journey Builder Automation Studio Email Studio Mobile Studio Interaction Studio.
- Advanced proficiency in AMPscript SSJS HTML CSS and SQL.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud APIs (REST & SOAP) and integrating with external systems.
- Understanding of marketing automation strategies customer segmentation and datadriven marketing.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM integration and Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Familiarity with data modeling ETL processes and multichannel marketing strategies.
- Ability to design scalable highperformance solutions within a complex marketing ecosystem.
- Experience working in an agile environment with DevOps and CI/CD is a plus.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g. Marketing Cloud Developer Marketing Cloud Consultant Marketing Cloud Administrator) are highly desirable.
