Job Overview
KVR Web Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior Lead Generation Expert to join our dynamic team in Panchkula. This fulltime position requires 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation and online bidding. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead qualification communication skills and proposal writing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in lead generation and online bidding (Mandatory skill)
- Strong lead qualification skills with the ability to identify and target potential clients
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Experience with Upwork or similar platforms for online bidding
- Ability to write compelling proposals to win new projects and clients
- Proven track record in lead conversion and achieving sales targets
- Analytical skills to research latest industry trends and market demands
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and prospects through Upwork platform and other channels
- Qualify leads to determine their fit for our digital marketing services
- Submit bids and proposals on platforms like Upwork to secure new business opportunities
- Maintain and update the lead generation database regularly
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
- Follow up with leads to convert them into clients and projects
- Analyse industry trends and provide feedback to improve lead generation tactics
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and results to management
