What you will do
You will get your own individual workstation each day not an assembly line.Its fastpaced and there are a variety of things youll do to make our parts. There is repetition but you wont be bored. If you are someone who loves taking ownership and gets excited by the idea of being in control of your work this is the right role for you. At PJWS you will:
- Runmachines to manufacture product to efficiency and quality standards
- Complete reporting and quality checks
- Adjust and clean equipment as necessary to assure quality product
- Work with a team that supportsyou

Guaranteed $17.50/hour plus shift premiums. Youll be able to earn more by achievingproduction targets. Most of our machineoperators make over $19per hour!

Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Abilityto stand throughout shift and manage multiple tasks atonce
Attention to detail
Experience in manufacturing isdesired but not required.
Successful Machine Operators;
Interact effectively and respectfullywith others
Willing to learn newthings
Takeresponsibility for actionsincluding attendance
Lookfor opportunities to improvethe work our processes and themselves
