Integrity Therapy provides wide ranging Occupational Therapy and Case Management to a variety of adult and aged care organisations. The OT role here is varied challenging and rewarding. There is the opportunity for the right applicant to have a caseload tailored to their skills and experience or undertake further training in the areas of OT we predominately work in or that you are interested in. Essentially we can tailor your case load to your preferences and adjust and change this as you progress through your career with Integrity Therapy.

The successful applicant will not be stuck in an office or consultation room but rather travel through beautiful Central West NSW to conduct home visits. There is full administration support (you never have to file anything away again! a large comfortable office based in Orange with your own workstation or our satellite office in Bathurst and plenty of support from a team of 6 other experienced Allied Health professionals.

Integrity Therapy Services has been providing Allied Health Services (Occupational Therapy and Case Management) to a wide range of Clients in Regional NSW since 2010. We pride ourselves on providing high quality timely and individualised services to our Clients in their homes or within office environment.
About the Role
We can tailor the role to an experienced or graduate Occupational Therapist who would like to work in a team environment that promotes flexibility opportunities to develop and grow as an OT practical support when things get tricky and full administration support. We love working with new graduates or OTs wanting a change from what they have been doing and will provide comprehensive support and training as you get the hang of things. The role is up to full time employment. Part time employment will be considered at a minimum of 24 hours per week or more. This position can be based from our Orange office but other locations will be considered within Central West NSW we see clients all over the Central West and have a team member who works completely from home linking back into the team at the office frequently to stay connected. If you are in Orange working from home is also OK to manage those life commitments easily!
The right person will work with;
Adults with Acquired Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury.
Adults with intellectual impairments.
Adults with a variety physical disabilities.
Adults with multi faceted presentations and comorbidities.
Our aging population.
Teenagers transitioning to adulthood.
You will be required to;
Assess for and prescribe a wide variety of assistive equipment.
Assess for and prescribe home modifications.
Problem solve strategies for enhancing independence.
Work closely with families and care agencies.
Provide training and education to a variety of stake holders on an individual clients needs.
Work within a multidisciplinary team.
Link clients in with alternative community agencies.
Travel around the beautiful Central West of NSW.

Excellent people skills for developing rapport and communicating openly with clients family members / carers other service providers and our referrers.
Excellent written skills for making sure the hard work counts when requesting services or equipment for clients.

AHPRA Registration
Membership or willingness to become a member of OT Australia.
Current Australian Drivers Licence.
