Overview:
Our client a leading Property solutions group with multiple offices across the UK is seeking dynamic and experienced Residential Property Surveyors to join their team in Bristol. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct mortgage valuations and other property valuations in line with industry standards.
Perform RICS Level 2 (HomeBuyer Report) and Level 3 (Building Survey) surveys.
Undertake Red Book Valuations.
Carry out development appraisals.
Provide detailed and accurate reports to clients.
Ensure all work complies with relevant professional standards and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or FRICS (Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualified.
Proven experience in conducting mortgage valuations.
Expertise in Red Book Valuations.
Competent in performing RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys.
Experience with development appraisals.
Strong analytical and reportwriting skills.
Excellent communication and client management abilities.
