Were looking for a Sales Operations Manager who can accelerate our sales growth by focusing on selection positioning and weekly goal attainment for our sales team members.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Activate and inform sales strategies to ensure we are creating and capturing growth opportunities.
  • Set revenue and performance goals.
  • Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Manage daytoday performance of all sales team members through coaching training tools and processes.
  • Increase CRM usage as a way for sales team members to manage and prioritize their work.
  • Work with marketing to inform consistent quality lead generation.
  • Lead weekly sales team meetings.
  • Generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.
  • Identify and hire highperforming salespeople.
  • Implement improvement plans when team members arent performing.
  • Embody Firespring culture.

Qualifications

  • Sales and sales operations and/or management experience.
  • Has the ability to activate team members to achieve your strategy.
  • Analytical problem solver who can create projections and make bold recommendations.
  • Confident presenting ideas with clear rationale to company leaders.
  • Goaloriented enthusiastic and creative.
  • Experience with gamification in business achievement is a plus.
