About the role:
- Advising and defending claims on behalf of insurers.
- Have autonomy over your carriage of files with the appropriate supervision and support.
- Working on range of General Insurance matters such as property damage compulsory third party (CTP) public liability and indemnity.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer with 1 years PQE.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Proven defendant experience (open to candidate with plaintiff backgrounds).
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent legal writing skills.
