Foundation Health Partners is actively recruiting an ambitious Nurse Practitioner to join our pain management team.

The Opportunity:

Our Pain Treatment Clinic provides the latest outpatient treatments for various painrelated symptoms. Our newly renovated outpatient procedure suite has stateoftheart equipment which allows us to treat a full range of patients who suffer from cancerrelated pain to complex regional pain and anything in between. As part of a larger health system we benefit from hospital resources and services including fluoroscopically guided injections neurostimulation implantation technologies and referrals to physical therapy and surgical and behavioral health services

  • Compensation: Starting at a base of $156502 compensation can be further adjusted based on experience. Additional opportunity to increase earnings through productivity. $40k signon bonus.
  • Schedule: MF 40 hours per week. 7 weeks ATO 2 weeks CME.
  • Team: This will be an opportunity to manage patients independently with physician oversight as needed for support.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess knowledge of clinical care and patient treatment as normally obtained through the completion of masters degree in nursing.

Must be approved to practice as anurse pracitioner by the State Board of Nursing by proof of license/certification.

Requires current RN license in state of practice. Must be certified to practice by the State Board of Nursing within a particular population as a nurse practitioner. Requires personal DEA license or must have prescribing and dispensing authority granted by the state board of nursing. Additional technical and professional certifications may be required based on type of nurse practitioner and scope of delineation document under medical staff services for an individual facility.

Exhibits an exemplary professional demeanor and interpersonal relationship skills.

Demonstrates proficiency in computer applications and database management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

DNP or PhD preferred. Current BLS certification preferred. A minimum of 3 years previous relevant experience preferred
