Job Description

Hours are 11:308:00pm
- Maintains the service technicians schedules and dispatches technicians as service calls are completed
- Scheduled technicians return trips with customer to complete jobs after parts arrive
- Must be Detail Oriented and have the ability to Multitask
- Maintain oncall schedule for service technicians as after hours service procedures
- Dispatch for Profits Best technician for the job
- 23 Years of HVAC/Plumbing & Electrical Customer Service/Dispatch Experience Desired
- Flexible to work overtime in heavy demand season
- A strong understanding of the Twin Cities Marketplace Helpful
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Understands the importance and balance of teamwork and working effectively with our internal/external customers
- Ability to provide a up beat positive demeanor with the technicians for their success
- Good written and verbal skills
- Good computer skills needed
- Positive Attitude and team player a MUST!
