EDUCATION EXPERIENCE TRAINING
1. Graduate from an accredited school with a Bachelors degree in medicine nursing epidemiology microbiology public health or other life science related field. Masters Degree Preferred.
2. If RN then current and valid state Registered Nurse license.
3. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
4. Completion of Certified Infection Control (CIC) credential within 18 months of hire preferred.
5. Minimum three 3 years of experience in acute care required.
6. Desired expertise in microbiology antibiotic usage and clinical practices.
