Job Description
How you will make an impact as a Junior Software Project Manager:
- Responsible for breaking the roadmap into milestones epics and stories maintain prioritized backlogs as projects evolve
- Coordinates activities of the software development team with other crossfunctional teams (ie. Systems V&V Regulatory and Quality)
- Ensuring projects meet milestones and quality measures in a timely manner by quickly identifying and removing roadblocks and contributing to project deliverables
- Contribute to the development of projectlevel documentation in support of Quality and Regulatory including project plans requirements technical design descriptions and cybersecurity deliverables
- Bachelors degree and at least 2 years of experience in technical project leadership
- 3 years hands on experience with cloudnative development (backend or full stack) and a solid understanding of distributed design for scalable solutions
- Outstanding communication facilitation negotiation and coaching skills
- Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban) understanding of software development life cycle models as well as indepth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
- Adept at refinement story splitting estimation velocity retrospection and other Scrum techniques
- Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
