Kentro is hiring for an IT Data Analyst to support the National GeospatialIntelligence Agency.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data create reports and metrics and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist departments with data integration and visualization of data for consumption by stakeholders executive staff divisional and departmental staff and project managers.
- Identify and validate requirements.
- Organize information into logical documents using business analysis models understood by the Government customer.
- Create and maintain rich data reports and/or visualizations through data interpretation and analysis.
- Integrate various reporting components from multiple data sources.
- Manage and improve existing reporting systems where directed by Government customer.
- Use knowledge of data processing and requirements development capture or management strategies to provide recommendations to Government leaders.
- Collaborate with data professionals to evaluate data figures create reports based on findings and monitor key performance indicators to determine mission initiatives success.

Requirements
15 years of experience with the following technical and soft skills:
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Data Analysis & Reporting Experience in analyzing data generating reports and ensuring data accuracy.
- SQL & Data Queries Ability to extract manipulate and integrate data from multiple sources using SQL or other query languages.
- Business Analysis Experience in identifying and validating data requirements and structuring information using business analysis models.
- Data Integration Ability to combine and reconcile data from different systems for reporting and analysis.
- Reporting System Management Experience managing and improving reporting tools and dashboards.
Soft Skills & Other Requirements:
- Attention to Detail Strong ability to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Communication & Collaboration Ability to work with stakeholders executives and project managers to present data insights.
- ProblemSolving Analytical mindset to identify trends inconsistencies and opportunities in data.
- Government Compliance Knowledge Understanding of data documentation and reporting requirements for federal government.
Desired Skills:
Proficiency in coding languages such as Oracle and Python.
Experience with statistical analyses and statistical software.
Proficiency in creating rich data reports and visualizations using tools like Tableau Power BI or similar platforms.
Clearance: Must possess an Active TS/SCI with the ability to take and pass a CI Polygraph
