The P&W Earned Value Analysis and Reporting organization is looking for a selfmotivated and disciplined individual to join its team as an Earned Value Analyst. This position provides the candidate with a unique opportunity to work together with the Program Management Office and Engineering customers.
While in this role the ideal candidate will provide guidance and analysis in the areas of Project Management Budgeting Scheduling and Variance Analysis used in the of the Military Engines Programs. The candidate will become an integral part of the F135 ECU (Engine Core Upgrade) Military Program team providing analysis and recommendations utilizing Earned Value tools and methodology.
What You Will Do:
- Support proper implementation of EVMS and project management tools and processes through coordination with and guidance to the technical areas as they develop plan and analyze tasks
- Provide project management guidance to program team to ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines
- Perform risk assessments and whatif analysis associated with task budgeting and program performance.
- Actively support monthly program EstimateatComplete reviews and Monthly/Quarterly Program Review preparation activities
- Facilitate monthly data reconciliation and compile compliant Earned Value or project plan data approved by the program manager and provide to the external customer
- Support ongoing compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA DCMA and Joint Surveillance Review)
- Strict attention to detail and internal and external customer satisfaction focus is required to ensure the team meets aggressive demands of military compliance programs.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience; or an Advanced Degree.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a minimum of 2 years of analytical and trending skills.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Degree in Finance Accounting Engineering or Business Administration.
- Earned Value experience and analytical problemsolving skills with knowledge of specific program management tools (i.e. SAP Primavera).
- General understanding of and openness to continuous improvement principles.
- Demonstrated effectiveness working across functions organizations and various levels of management with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Comfortable executing under pressure in a dynamic environment with the ability to focus on results to drive tasks to completion.

The salary range for this role is 66000 USD 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
