WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE
Relevant IT / Business degree
10 years experience in relational databases (Oracle and or PostgreSQL)
5 years experience in ETL (Oracle and or Informatica and or AWS Glue)
5 years BI experience
3 years in a Cloud environment
Experienced in designing developing testing and implementing complex solutions with integrations to other technologies and solutions
Working within an Agile environment
Working for international/global companies
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing projects / processes
Ability to develop within a specific soughtafter programming language and or Cloud services
Strong working knowledge with software development tools techniques and approaches used to generate and prepare data to be used by the application solutions
Cloud computing technologies Business drivers and emerging computing trends
Understanding of integration between different technologies
Coordination between development and support environments
Assisting with the business case
Planning and monitoring
Eliciting requirements
Requirements organisation
Translating and simplifying requirements
Requirements management and communication
Requirements analysis
Document requirements in appropriate format depending on methodology followed
Assist with identification and management of risks
Solution testing: unit and end to end in multiple environments
Document the development and keep existing documents and tools up to date
Engaging with international/global stakeholders
