Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $253900 $269400 (Annual Rate).

The Unit Director of Patient Access Flow and Staffing facilitates and coordinates the BCH SF/OAK Integrated Pediatric Access Center Mission Bay Helipad Pediatric Medical Transport Team PeriOperative Services Centralized Patient Placement RNs Emergency Rooms Direct Admissions Nurse Staffing Office Nursing Supervisors Registry Staff UCSF Physicians Nursing Units Case Management Inhouse Patient Transport and Hospitality to facilitate patient flow and timely placement of patients. Maintains knowledge base as subject matter expert for patient flow and interfacility transport policies processes and software systems.
